These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding customer agreement between you ('Customer', 'User') and Skandix Strategy & Trade LLP, operating under the registered brand name Squirlio ('Squirlio', 'We', 'Us', 'Our').

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on dev.squirlio.in or associated Squirlio platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. Continued use of our platform following updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age or operating under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian to create an account or complete purchases on Squirlio.

By placing an order, you represent that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding purchase contracts under Indian law.

You may register a customer account using your email address, mobile number, or Google OAuth authentication.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Squirlio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain fraudulent, incomplete, or impersonated information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, One-Time Passwords (OTPs), and login credentials.

You accept full responsibility for all transactions, orders, and activities that occur under your registered account.

Squirlio offers wholesome sprouted and roasted snack products across dedicated categories including Sprouted, Roasted, and Raw & Unprocessed ranges.

Product packaging, net weight (e.g. 250g, 500g), nutritional facts, and ingredient lists displayed on product pages are sourced from our manufacturing specifications. Actual product packaging may vary slightly due to continuous design enhancements.

All products are subject to inventory stock availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory until checkout is successfully completed.

In the rare event that a purchased product becomes unavailable prior to dispatch, Squirlio will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

All prices listed on Squirlio are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Pricing includes or excludes Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Indian tax regulations.

Exact GST tax amounts, shipping fees, and any applicable Cash on Delivery charges are itemized transparently in your cart and order checkout summary before final payment.

Placing an order at checkout constitutes an offer to purchase the specified products. Squirlio reserves the right to accept or decline your order prior to dispatch based on pincode serviceability, stock availability, or fraud risk evaluation.

An order is officially confirmed when our system generates a unique order reference number (e.g. SQL-XXXXXXXX) and sends an automated order confirmation notification to your registered email or mobile number.

Squirlio supports secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.

Orders will only be processed for dispatch once payment is authorized (for online payments) or verified (for Cash on Delivery orders).

Online payments on Squirlio are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited.

Server-side payment verification is the ultimate source of truth. A browser showing a payment success screen does not override server-side verification. Orders are confirmed only after our backend receives cryptographic signature verification from Razorpay.

If a payment transaction fails, times out, or is interrupted, your order status will remain unpaid.

If your bank account was debited for a failed transaction, Razorpay automatically initiates an auto-refund back to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days in accordance with banking network protocols.

Estimated delivery dates displayed during checkout are calculated based on the shipping method selected by the customer.

While we partner with reputable courier services to meet estimated delivery SLAs, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, regional transport disruptions, or national holidays.

Customers may request order cancellation prior to order dispatch by contacting customer support immediately.

Cancellation requests undergo verification. If approved prior to dispatch, prepaid orders are processed for cancellation and refund. Once an order status is marked as Dispatched or Shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

Approved refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations or verified damaged shipments are initiated back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 24–48 business hours.

It may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for your issuing bank to credit the refunded funds to your account statement.

Promotional discount coupons apply to eligible products and minimum order values. Only one coupon code may be applied per checkout session unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Coupons carry expiry dates, usage limits, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

When submitting customer reviews, photos, or feedback on Squirlio, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your review on product pages.

User reviews containing offensive language, competitor spam, or inappropriate material will be removed during moderation.

All visual designs, product photography, logos, package branding, website code, graphics, and written content on Squirlio are the exclusive intellectual property of Skandix Strategy & Trade LLP.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial distribution of any Squirlio website asset is strictly prohibited under Indian copyright laws.

You agree to use Squirlio exclusively for lawful personal purchases. You agree not to engage in fraudulent orders, coupon manipulation, automated data scraping, or attempting to breach server infrastructure.

Squirlio integrates trusted third-party providers including Razorpay (payment processing), Google (OAuth authentication), and licensed logistics courier partners for package transit.

Third-party integrations operate under their respective terms and service agreements.

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, Squirlio does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Maintenance updates, server upgrades, or unexpected network outages may temporarily restrict access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Squirlio and Skandix Strategy & Trade LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform usage.

Our maximum aggregate monetary liability for any order claim is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squirlio, its partners, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms or unauthorized use of customer accounts.

Squirlio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with an updated 'Last Updated' timestamp.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in Tiruppur / Tamil Nadu, India.
